Premier League Mornings Live Event Chicago

Chicago, Illinois — September 23, 2024 — Avery Dennison (NYSE: AVY), a global leader in materials science and digital identification solutions, supported the Premier League at its latest Premier League Mornings Live fan festival, which took place in Chicago, Illinois on September 21-22.

The event brought US-based soccer fans together for a free weekend of live-streamed fixtures, creating an electric atmosphere where supporters could immerse themselves in the excitement of Premier League action and share their enthusiasm for the sport that is surging in popularity Stateside. 

Chicago's edition marks another triumphant chapter in the Premier League Mornings Live series, which has now attracted over 90,000 US fans to date. This year's event transformed Lincoln Park into a soccer haven, where attendees cheered on as powerhouse clubs like Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United battled it out on the pitch.

Avery Dennison, the Premier League's official names, numbers and sleeve badges supplier since 2019, brought its A-game to the Chicago event. Fans flocked to the Avery Dennison tent for the chance to personalize their jerseys and win exclusive merchandise through exciting prize draws. Lucky winners walked away with specially designed hoodies and caps, while all visitors enjoyed unique photo ops that captured the spirit of the Premier League.

In celebration of the Chicago event, Avery Dennison also designed a special-edition jersey that paid tribute to the windy city. The jersey showcased Avery Dennison’s embedded NFC technology which allows fans to scan a digitally-enabled logo and connect with online content. Teams can create immersive, connected experiences that keep fans engaged long after a game's final whistle.

This is the seventh Premier League Mornings Live jersey designed and produced by the Avery Dennison team, following previous successful events in Nashville, Austin, Miami, Orlando, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia.
